Quick Update

Between travelling for the Fiber In and a family wedding and my new teaching gig, I have not had time to update my sales and get the Etsy shop live again. Hoping to have it back up and running this weekend.

Shop Going on Vacation Mode for the Fiber In

My entire shop will be on vacation mode starting this Thursday evening or Friday morning. I am taking all of my items to Sarasota for the Florida Fiber In. I will update my shop with what is left sometime after I get back. It may end up being down for a whole week due to the new job I have teaching school. I don't get much fiber time during the week anymore. If there is something in my shop you have had your eye on, now would be a really good time to order it. No guarantees it will return from Sarasota.

Made The Front Page!

My Florida Gator themed spinning fiber was featured in a treasury that made it to the front page of Etsy. How exciting! Not sure if this link will work for everyone but here is a link to The Vault. What a gorgeous orange and blue treasury ... my favorite team colors. I'm a graduate of The University of Florida so to have my first item ever on the front page be a Gator themed item is extra special.

Where Am I?

You may have noticed my lack of blogging and posting new items. I just started teaching again at a local private school and am preparing for the Florida Fiber In coming up in about two weeks. Busy, busy, busy! My shop is pretty well stocked and I am dyeing up some new sock yarn and seawool pencil roving in preparation for the Fiber In. I'm focusing my time and attention on my new job and Fiber In prep for the next couple of weeks while I get things figured out. If you are looking for a base yarn or fiber in a certain method or base color and can't find it in the shop just send me an email or contact me on Ravely and I'll see if I have it available. My shop will be on vacation mode from 9/18-9/20 and I will update it with my new items as soon as I get back from the Fiber In.
